I've had a busy morning doing a TV interview and I'm very tired but the bed is too soft for me. So I make a nest of duvets on the floor and, naked, settle down for a nap without even taking my makeup off. After a brief introduction, I shut my eyes and drift off almost immediately. I'm so tired that I don't move around much - sometimes it's only the changing light that makes it obvious that this is a video rather than a still picture. Listen to my soft breathing and watch my peaceful face.
